By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined below.
Your booking is considered confirmed once we receive a deposit of 30% of the total trip cost.
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Pakistan, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
Bookings made within 5 days of departure require full payment upfront and are subject to availability.
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: Cancellations submitted more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour commencement date will qualify for a full refund, subject to the deduction of any applicable service charges and bank or transfer fees.
14–30 days before departure: Refund of 15% of the total trip cost
Less than 14 days before departure: Not refunds
All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Yes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, road access or local regulations.
Any additional expenses incurred due to such changes (including accommodation or transportation) will be the client’s responsibility.
In such cases, Hunza Venture will provide reasonable assistance; however, we cannot guarantee alternative arrangements or compensation.
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for Expedition participants. Your policy must cover adventure activities, medical treatment, emergency evacuation and trip cancellation.
Yes. Participants must ensure they are physically fit and adequately prepared for the selected activity level.
Yes. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
Hunza Venture is not liable for health complications resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.
We work with trusted third-party service providers, including hotels, guides and transport companies.
No, Hunza Venture is not liable for the actions, delays or failures of third-party providers.
We are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, delays or disruptions caused by weather, political situations or other force majeure events.
Yes. We are committed to sustainable and responsible tourism practices.
Participants must respect local communities, wildlife, cultural traditions and the natural environment.
Violations such as littering, harming wildlife or disrespecting local communities may result in immediate trip termination without any refund.
All participants must behave in a manner that ensures the safety and well being of others.
Yes. Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive or harmful may result in removal from the trip at your own expense.
Alcohol consumption and substance abuse are strictly prohibited during trekking and tour activities.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan and any unresolved disputes will fall under Pakistani jurisdiction.
